Plan — Making a plan is the first step in building healthy habits. Every week you’ll set a plan to let your teammates know what you’ll do. Creating a plan allows your teammates to hold you accountable, and it keeps you on track for the week.
Do — Showing up and completing a meaningful, healthy activity is the best way to work towards your goals. You can post what you did and share how you felt about it with your teammates. Team challenges rally everyone to work together for 24 hours to achieve a collective goal, and group chat lets everyone talk together, encourage each other, and ask questions. The home feed gives everyone ways to react to activities, and the team-at-a-glance circle helps everyone know how many people have plans and who needs help.
Support — We believe that supporting others in shared experiences can be transformative. Comment on each others activities with words of encouragement, share an inspiring article you’ve read with the team, or make plans to do something together in real life.
